The budget and Forecasting Module is the core of the Constream solution, gathering information about the influence of all the actions and decisions taken by the project team and transforming them into a common denominator of money.
The architecture of this module based on the project’s WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) allows users to take actions with a full understanding of the dependencies between scope, time, and costs of the project.
